Async cooperative multiplayer online automation game. With a bit of incremental / idle thrown in.  Made for Ludum Dare 59 ("Signal") and Gamedev.js '26 ("Machines"). Definitely overscoped.

If you're here for Ludum Dare, please play using the link from the Ludum Dare Page, as the version on Itch may have received a few updates after the Ludum Dare Compo ended (but before the Gamedev.js jam ended).  Cross-play between Itch, Ludum Dare and Wavedash is supported.

Controls: Mouse and keyboard.

Tips

  • If you want to play with a specific friend, copy and paste the URL after creating a game, it's got the game/room ID in it.
  • If you're playing with someone from Ludum Dare, the Chat UI was not enabled, so they will not see your chat.  Placing Signs are the best way to communicate (especially async).
